07/05/2010 - 360 - BioShock 2 I really, really liked this, perhaps surprisingly so after some of the slightly underwhelmed comments I've read about it. The story didn't quite match up to that of the first, in my opinion, but it was still very engaging. Good stuff.

14/03/2010 - 360 - Modern Warfare 2 On Veteran, this is a brilliant game. Challenging and exhilarating and never overly unfair. The story is lame, of course, but the staged action is second to none. 26/04/2010 - 360 - Dragon Age: Origins Oblivion with Bioware's trademark awesome party system. Enough said. 26/04/2010 - 360 - Afterburner Climax Lovely wee game, this. The EX options elevate it beyond a simple arcade port and give it longevity that I didn't expect. Great stuff.

20/02/2010 - Wii - No More Heroes 2 A lot patchier than the first but it contains the same well-implemented controls and a few of its bosses even upstage the best in the original game. Worth playing right through to the end if you're at all interested in it. 07/03/2010 - 360 - Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Throwaway fluff for the most part but its sound core gameplay and reasonably engaging story and characters elevate it well above average. Online is where it's at though, really, and this shines on that front. It's rapidly becoming my favourite online game.

13/02/2010 - 360 - Mass Effect 2 Glorious, imaginative and ambitious. A triumph on virtually every level. I loved every hour with it, and I can't wait for some meaty DLC to be released.

09/01/2010 - 360 - Mini Ninjas Not as good as I'd hoped it would be, sadly. It's pretty and enjoyable to a point but it feels like there's no spark, no magic that elevates it to a higher level. Shame.

23/12/2009 - DS - Dragon Quest IV: Chapters of the Chosen. Lovely game, looking forvad to playing V now. 29/12/2009 - 360 - Guitar Hero: World Tour Justr the guitar career. I thought it was very lame, so much so that I don't think I'll be playing it again. Disappointing even though I wasn't expecting a lot anyway.

29/11/2009 - 360 - Left 4 Dead 2 All campaigns cleared on at least normal difficulty, the fun really starts here though. 15/12/2009 - 360 - Assassin's Creed 2 Fully enjoyed this, to the point when upon finishing the main story I'm only 26 feathers away from 100%ing the whole thing. Very good, it's impossible to overstate how much of an improvement over the first game this is.

18/11/2009 - 360 - Oblivion: The Shivering Isles Just clocked the main SI questline. Terrific stuff, my new favourite in the game.

11/11/2009 - 360 - Borderlands Terrific game, especially in co-op. Looking forward to the NG+ option and the forthcoming DLC. Bravo, Gearbox!

21/10/2009 - 360 - DiRT 2 All the single player Achievements bar winning every event. The lack of tracks had already gotten to my by the end, no way was I racing each one another 4 or 5 times just to clock every event. Maybe I'll return to it in a few months time but I'm done with it for now. 25/10/2009 - 360 - The Beatles: Rock Band Lovely stuff, even though I've only been able to play it on my own. Looking forward to 5-starring everything and restarting it with a few friends.

Just wrapped this up myself. Highly recommended. It's graphically without peer on consoles and just the fact that some effort has gone into the script and voice-acting means its worlds apart from virtually every other game in terms of story-telling.

17/10/2009 - PS3 - Uncharted 2 I absolutely loved this. The sense of adventure was in every minute of the game - it was thrilling, funny, and very, very satisfyiny. Brilliant game in all aspects.

06/10/2009 - 360 - Batman: Arkham Asylum Brilliant game, as if you didn't already know. Easily the game of the year so far, despite its minor imperfections.

The correct answer to the question is that Valkyria Chronicles is easily the best PS3 game. Metal Gear Solid 4 is an astonishing game. GTi Club+ is arcade perfection. Job done.
